Scoutbook is the record of rank requirements and merit badges. Look here before a Scoutmaster conference or a board of review so you know what is already recorded.

- Sign in at Scoutbook.
- Click your Scout’s name.
- Review the rank and the merit badges. You can also upload a photo and check contact information on Edit Profile.
Ask the troop before you mark a requirement complete. Troops differ on whether a Scout, a parent, or a leader records that step.
Do not change the Scout’s legal name or member ID. Those have to match the membership record. A nickname is fine.
